Course for the formation of workers
Among the activities that develops this Regulating Counsel is that of seeking solutions to the structural problems of our sector.
The existence of exploitations each greater time or simply the need to cover any type of drop, present us the serious problem of the lack of personnel specialized to carry out many works in our plantations.
Because of it, the past year this Regulating Counsel was presented to the Annual Assembly of Aids of the Program Hobetuz. The objective was to obtain an external funding source with wich pay the expenses of formation that were detected in our sector.
After various months of works and to negotiate with the institutions implied, we have managed to promote the creation of a specific course for the Formation of Operatives or Workers of Field.
This course will be given by the Agrarian School of Derio, Itsasmendikoi, and it will be evident of a series of days in which is going to receive theoretical formation and chiefly practical formation about the usual works in our vineyards.
