The III Gastronomic Days of the small squid will be celebrated in Lekeitio with the support of the Denomination of Origin Bizkaiko Txakolina
Our Denomination of Origin supports again another sample of our gastronomy, unknown in many cases. In this occasion, the environment anticipate us that it is very relationated with the sea. During fifteen days, the protagonist of many bars and kitchens of this locality will be the small squid, a product that the better cooks will approach the sector landlord and to all the visitors in general, even to the smallest.
And next to the small squid we will find our Bizkaiko Txakolina. Thus, in October 29 and November 1, the main course will be paths try-combination in which the sommeliers Patxi Zabala and Mikel Garaizabal will play with the flavors of different recipes and txakolis.
